About Sulis


Ben Mimmack
​Founder
Ben has worked in finance for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in managing M&A transactions, private equity portfolio company management, and public company commercial finance roles.
Prior to founding Sulis Investment Capital, Ben worked at a Texas based lower middle-market focused private equity firm where he was responsible for new company acquisition and management of existing portfolio companies. Before that, Ben held senior finance roles at American Airlines, Sarcos Robotics, and Cyngn Inc.
Ben has an MBA in finance and strategy from Southern Methodist University and is originally from the United Kingdom, where he worked in the banking industry and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a member of the Inner Temple.
In addition to his work at Sulis, Ben is a strategic advisor to Grace & Able, a provider of innovative orthotic devices for people with joint pain. He also chairs the investment committee at Good Shepherd Episcopal School in Dallas and serves on the School's Board of Trustees.
