Kristi 
Martindale

Chief Commercial Officer Palladyne AI

Kristi Martindale has been the Chief Commercial Officer at Palladyne AI Corp. since March 2024 and brings over 25 years of experience in the technology industry with a strong track record in driving commercial strategy, product planning, brand building, scaling global organizations and launching market-defining products for startups, mid-sized firms, and Fortune 100 companies.

 

Before Palladyne AI Corp. (formerly Sarcos Technology and Robotics Corporation), Kristi served in the role of Vice President of Global Marketing at Qualcomm, where she led global go to market initiatives across software, services, and emerging technologies spanning augmented reality, IoT, and wireless sectors.

 

Kristi is a respected thought leader and frequent speaker at industry events focused on automotive innovation, advanced manufacturing, and robotics. She brings a strong perspective on the intersection of AI, automation, and robotics. Kristi holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of La Verne.

Steven 
Hansen

Chief Financial Officer
Sharper Shape

Steven Hansen is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sharper Shape Group, a developer of Living Digital Twin (LDT) software to help power transmission & distribution utilities.

Before joining Sharper Shape, Steve was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NASDAQ-traded Sarcos Robotics (now Palladyne AI). From early in 2019, Steve financially led this company, taking it public in the fall of 2021, and leaving to join Sharper Shape at the end of 2022.  

Prior to joining Sarcos, Steve held executive positions, including being the Chief Financial Officer, for more than 25 years at such companies as the University of Utah Health, Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink), Western Union, and PepsiCo.  

Steve has financially led a number of start-ups and taken two of them public over the course of his career.  His tenure has provided him experience in such industries as Hi-Tech, Software, Financial Services, Telecom, Healthcare, and Beverages. 

Steve earned a BSc in International Finance from Brigham Young University, Utah, and an MBA from California State University, Fresno.

Greg Schwendinger

President

American Airlines Cargo

Greg Schwendinger is President of American Airlines Cargo where he oversees one of the largest air cargo networks in the world. Under his leadership, the cargo division is focused on commercial revenue and business growth, operational success, innovation and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers around the globe. 

Greg rejoined American in fall 2022 after leading the Finance team at health services provider AccentCare during a period of transformation and growth. Prior to joining AccentCare, Greg spent 15 years at American, most recently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis where he was responsible for the airline’s capital and operating budget, long-range financial planning and forecasting systems. He also had oversight of the airline's Labor Analysis, Financial Analysis and Fleet Planning teams. 

Throughout his career at American, Greg has held leadership roles across the organization, including in financial analysis, customer loyalty, corporate development and investor relations. He has also led the controller organizations for American's Commercial and Corporate groups. 

Greg is currently an elected member of the International Air Transport Association Cargo Advisory Council, where he serves as an advisor to governing bodies on all air cargo industry issues. He is also an active member of the Dallas Off-Road Bicycle Association, which helps maintain access to more than 200 miles of recreational biking and hiking trails in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. 

Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University. 

Tony 
Ludlow

MD and Founder
Baymark Partners

Tony is a founder of Baymark Partners, focused on investments in service based and technology middle-market companies. Prior to founding Baymark Partners, Mr. Ludlow was a Director, the General Counsel, and Chief Financial Officer of Transition Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm with over 25 investments in various service based businesses. Prior to joining Transition Capital Partners, Tony held various senior level positions in large and small public companies as well as practicing M&A, corporate, and securities law in a law firm.

Tony was a Vice President at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), a $6.5 billion, Fortune 500 company in the business process and information technology outsourcing industry. He was responsible for integrating new acquisitions, internal business improvement consulting, negotiating complex contracts with Fortune 100 clients, and legal and accounting compliance.

Prior to ACS, Tony practiced M&A, corporate, and securities law at Hallett & Perrin, P.C., where he represented various publicly-traded and privately-held businesses in connection with public offerings of equity and debt, private placements of equity, venture capital and leveraged financing. He also represented various businesses in connection with mergers and negotiated acquisitions of assets and securities. Prior to working at the law firm, Tony worked at Dallas Semiconductor Corporation, a $350M manufacturing company where he held several accounting and finance positions and ultimately earned the position of Manufacturing Controller.

Tony received his JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and a Certified Public Accountant.
